Thanksgiving was lovely with just the two of us at home. Normally I do all of the cooking, with about 3 days of prep work, but this year we did everything together. It was actually the most fun I have had making Thanksgiving possibly ever!
I love having flowers around the house anytime of year, but they just make Thanksgiving seem so much more lovely.
We use my grandmother's black China (now mine) every year, along side more of our treasured pieces.
We made all of the fixings so that Hy could have left overs for ever!Did we really need three pies? Um...yes! After making hundreds of pies for every one else to enjoy, it only seemed fair that we got to reap the benefits too!
A good looking table if I do say so myself.
The food was entirely fantastic, as was the company!
