What you know Eskimo?

Last night as we were watching TV before bed, Hy and I realized that neither of us had a birthday cake this last year. I was too busy with school and he was too busy with work.

Well today was a little slower at work, so I decided I would make us a belated birthday cake!

The cake is poppy seed butter cake(4 layers). The first filling is white chocolate cream. The second is a fresh blueberry sauce(3 layers). The outside is covered with first a layer of the white chocolate to crumb coat, and then vanilla buttercream.

It was super delish and we gave some away to friends and neighbors, and still had a ton. We will be set for a while!

Its decorated really simply because I did it in spare time this afternoon. The flowers are fondant
