Today in class we made some marzipan roses. I had gotten pretty good at doing Lilies but was ready to try my hand at roses. It is pretty easy once you get the process down. Here is a picture of my very first one, tinted slightly with brazilian cocoa powder.
Lily was very sweet last night and fell asleep on top of a pile of my sweatpants. Such a cute girl.
