Starting Monday I will be working full time as a baker and wedding cake designer at Sweet Cakes! It is owned by a wonderful woman named Melissa, and I cant wait to get going (not only to graduate!) but to learn all of the awesome behind the scenes secrets!
I will try to take pictures along the way and not forget my blog!
Isnt being a Pastry Chef wonderful!
(Monday I am going to start right in on baking, and sit in on a cake tasting for a soon to be bride!)
